We have implemented Open House specific safety procedures and safety procedures for all listings – this includes appointments, staging consultations, photo shoots, and showings. Our stagers and photographers wear gloves and booties while inside the home, and sellers are encouraged to step outside or maintain a 10-ft distance if remaining inside. We provide a virtual tour element for all of our listings, so potential buyers can first tour the home virtually, before deciding if they want to schedule an in-person showing. We have educated and encouraged our sellers to adopt our showing safety guidelines to minimize potential risk while successfully marketing and selling their home. The government has allowed us to resume our in-person Open Houses with safety precautions in place.

We have outlined showing safety guidelines for the showing agent and potential buyer while showing our listings, and we have advised our agents and buyer clients to follow these same guidelines while viewing any properties.

Our team has been utilizing virtual technology in our daily business for quite some time, and we have certainly continue to do so now. Paperwork and documents can be signed electronically and remotely, allowing for transactions to be conveniently carried out securely and promptly, all from the comfort of your home.

For clients and potential clients looking to speak with us, we offer a variety of options to connect, including:

  • Virtual buyer consultation with one of our agents
  • Virtual listing appointment with one of our agents
  • Live video tour of homes you would like to view prior to making an offer
  • Virtual open house of your listing
  • Virtual Tour of Listing

As many of you know, we work and sell homes 365 days a year, and we will still continue to do so during this unprecedented time. Health and safety has always come first for our team, and we have heightened our protocol for all Lucido locations worldwide. That being said, we are most definitely still open for business. Our agents and staff are working remotely with the allowed capacity working in our offices. Clients are allowed in our locations by appointment only. We are actively listing and marketing properties and receiving and writing offers. Our market has been strong, and we look forward to maintaining that strength with some added precautionary measures we’ve put in place to protect our team members, clients, and community.

We are accessible via call, text, and email every day of the week. So if you’re looking to buy or sell a home or have questions about the market, contact us to set up a time to chat or meet virtually. Our thoughts, gratitude, and best wishes go to our healthcare and government personnel as they work tirelessly to help us get through this challenging time. We’re here for you if you have any questions. And if there is anything we can do for you, please let us know. We will get through this together and emerge stronger together. Be safe and be well.
